Nicodemus Mouko, a blind pastor and gospel artist, and his wife Immaculate from South Mugirango Kisii County are appealing to the members of the public to help him build a better house.

The family while speaking to Bosongo Vibes said they need a home to shelter their three young children, with the eldest being only seven years old.

Nicodemus Mouko despite his blindness, has continued to serve as a pastor and spread the gospel through his music and teachings. His wife Immaculate has been his pillar of support, helping him navigate through the challenges of his disability while raising their young children. However, their living situation has been less than ideal, with no permanent home to call their own.

The family has faced many challenges due to their financial situation and their inability to afford a permanent home has left them vulnerable to the elements, especially during the rainy season. They have been forced to live in a tiny grass-thatched house.

Bosongo Vibes has led an online campaign to build a house for the family which would not only provide them with a safe and stable environment but also give them a sense of dignity and belonging.
The Kisii-based online TV has revealed they need 40 iron sheets, 10 kg of roofing nails, 5kg of 5-inch nails, 5 kg of 4-inch nails, 5kg of 3-inch nails and also 2 trees for house posts and roofing frames.
